How much does shipping cost?
Homefolk currently offers free shipping on all orders.
Where do you ship?
At the moment, we ship within Australia only. We may expand our delivery areas in the future, and any updates will be reflected on our website.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST/AEDT are processed the same business day, while orders placed after that time, or on weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next business day. After processing, orders typically arrive within 8 business days, depending on the delivery destination.
Do you offer standard and express delivery?
Yes. Homefolk uses Australia Post for domestic deliveries, and customers may be able to choose between Standard Parcel Post and Express Post, depending on the order and delivery location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can then use that information to follow your parcel’s delivery progress.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help arrange a resolution. If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible and we will assist you with the next steps.

Homefolk accepts returns within 90 days from the delivery date, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Homefolk promotes a 90-day money-back guarantee and a 90-day easy return promise on the website, which is consistent with the current refund policy return window.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer support within two hours of purchase. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the normal return process instead.
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, please contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return authorisation and instructions for sending the item back.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Homefolk will cover the return shipping costs for eligible cases.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to finalise the transaction on their side.
