Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we’ll notify you via email.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

- Regional Areas: 3–10 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist immediately.

Split Shipments
